The media could not be loaded. Updating as almost a year on…..needed to clean out all the crappy green water thus spring & used white vinegar to clean up the feature itself, got rid of all algae & limescale build up. Did think at first the pump didn’t work…..wasn’t even vibrating when out of water after it was jet blasted & rinsed. Contacted the seller who came back immediately….i was happy to pay for another pump & was offered one at £15 free delivery. As it was, all it needed was an extra day for the back up battery & solar panel to fully charge. I would return to the seller if another pump was needed though & have faith that they would help quickly & efficiently. It’s currently almost 8.30 pm in the evening. Water feature is still running with all lights on & flowing water is audible from a good 20 feet away. Am so happy I chose to buy this water feature. The local sparrows love it especially too & play around it. Would still thoroughly recommend & would buy again. Received in great time but pump did not work….bit of back & forth with the seller who in all fairness was quick with their responses. Received new pump far far earlier than had been originally promised so I am completely over the moon. Would recommend. Even if you receive & it doesn’t work, have faith in the seller. The product itself is worth waiting for.

Came fully charged and ready to go. Simple to set up and looks rather nice. Worked right away with reasonably strong little rivulets of water tumbling down from level to level. One or two caveats: the connection to the pump which sits inside the water tank, has a screw up cover over the plug-in connector. In my item the screw part was not secure. It very easily screwed beyond the fully closed position and could not be firmly closed, just clckng round and round again; which suggested that the connection may either not be secure or perhaps not waterproof.. A little piece of PTFE tape over the male part did the trick though. The cable to the solar panel could do with being a bit longer as the site of the water feature isn't necessarily going to be close enough for the panel to reach a sunny spot. The streams of water pouring down produced in my case, very little sound, which was a disappointment. I reasoned that this was because the streams were too uniform so introduced some turbulence by placing some small pieces of token pot at two of the points where the water spills over. Result was a sweet babbling brook sound effect which is very soothing. A decent product which could be easily improved and which nevertheless, I can recommend to others

Item does not work. The pump is faulty but could be the connection in the battery pack. The seller wants me to pay postage to return the item. Now they want my elderly parents to take a video and upload it?? Really?? I don't live near them so can't do it. This debate has been going on for a while. Still no refund. Amazon haven't been very helpful either.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this a few days and totally love it. It works all day and evening long. Only downside is that I wish they would make this in a bigger size and have options for the size you want. I would have happily paid more for this to be double the size it is and then it would have been awesome. But would give this a thumbs up 👍

Beautiful but small water feature, my own mistake by judging the item by the picture not the product dimensions. The built-in lights are not very bright or very visible which is a bit disappointing. However if you are looking for a small water feature it is very pretty and the sound of the water is very relaxing. It has a large solar panel which was a surprise considering the size of the product. Delivery was very good and it came well packaged and earlier than expected. I Wouldn't buy again as I think for the size it's over priced.
