The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately it was delayed by 2 days at the last minute. A gift for my sister, who loves it. She Opened it indoors to put outside later. Comes with a few dull stones, but I ordered two packs of quality shiny ones which finish it off beautifully. Easy to set up in 10 minutes. Strong water flow with a calming sound. What's nice is the lights which make it appear blue to gold dependent on light/ dark. Strong and sturdy. Would definitely recommed it Can't fault it!

I absolutely loved this to begin with water flows well and sounds lovely , however I noticed it started tilting forward and in closer examination it has cracked and begun to sink in on itself! The weather has not been bad so I can only assume poor quality! This is a shame as it’s a lovely item. I am unable to get replacement or a return as it’s over 30 days since I brought it. I’m really disappointed as it’s a lot of money to spend I feel out of pocket with with a broken water feature to show for it

The media could not be loaded. Got this in the Prime sale. Easy to put together. Instructions aren't the best as it has a QR to scan but when it takes you to the website they don't come up. But it is so easy to put together you don't need instructions. It's heavy enough to keep it stable but not too heavy to move around. I'll be keeping mine inside so don't know how it would fare out in the garden. Very happy with my purchase, has a nice sound, not too loud and comes with spare lights as well. Could do with a few more stones, but I will just buy those separately. Would highly recommend this product.

Wall fountain arrived from seller a lot later than promised delivery had to chase order twice. Tried it out and it works well lights and fountain work. Easy to put it together and even has a spare light for the bottom. Can't wait for my garden to be finished so I can put it out.
